Family Plan - Adding Members

I have a Premium Family Plan and using only four of six accounts.  I want to add my wife and young son (first phone) to the two open accounts but can not find a way to send an invitation within my Premium account.  We have not make any changes for a couple of years.  How can I work through this issue?

Hi @sfranke, thanks for writing!

Here's the way to send the invitation to members on your Family page (I'm assuming you're the plan manager).

1. Go to your account page.
2. Scroll down to Manage your family accounts.
3. Select the option to add or remove members.

Log in to invite or remove members

Invited members get a link to join, where they need to:

• Log in to (or sign up for) their own account
• Confirm their full address

I had to re-enter my address before the option to add family members was provided.
