My Question or Issue

We just signed up for Spotify Family Premium. I have 2 young kids that each have a Spotify Kids profile (not tied to an email like the adult ones). They don't have emails and separate "accounts" because I don't want them to be set up like adults. I am having trouble getting Spotify to stream simultaneously to 2 different devices using the different kids profiles. Am I missing something? Can my kids both listen on different devices simultaneously?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I recommend removing/deleting the existing Kids accounts and then creating new ones. Once that's done, simply log into them again on both devices - just make sure that you don't use the same Kids account.
