Family Plan fails to load, anyone having this issue?

Family Plan fails to load, anyone having this issue?

Hello, I have just switched from a Premium Individual to a Premium Family account, with payment all set up.  However, it will not let me complete the steps to confirm our address or add members, the website just gets stuck on the 'loading' page before returning 'there has been an error'.  I'm a bit stuck having also tried this on different devices and browsers.  Please can anyone advise how to complete this process?  Thank you

Hey there @317qxtd3ljheq4ln5aho, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

You should be able to manage your address settings following these steps. If you’re having issues, can you let me know if this happens when you use a different network connection? Also, please make sure that you do not have any VPNs installed or turned on as this may interrupt the verification process.

 

If you’re still having trouble, can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
