Family Plan identifies me wrongly



I have invited my wife to our family Plan. My username is querolus. She received an Invitation to join "Julio Espera" 's account, someone that we don' t even know. After a while, when Spotify cannot confirm that she is in my plan, her Spotify stops working


Could it be that someone called Julio Espera ansaliving in our current home had also a Spotify account and Spotify identifies him as the true holder of my Family Plan?


How can we solve this?
