Family Plan - unable to accept invite

Family Plan - unable to accept invite

My brother has set up a family plan. I have cancelled my Premium subscription but I cannot accept the invite. I have tried on my mobile, on a PC, PC in incognito mode. I have also tried over a few days but I continually get this error message: 

There was a problem

Please try again later.

 

 

My mum has successfully accepted the invite and hers is working fine.

Can you please help?

I can see my account is linked to my facebook, and my email log in. Can this be causing the issue?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

In this case, you'll need to wait until your current subscription has ended before you'll be able to join the Premium Family plan.
