Family Plan

Family Plan

So around Christmas I joined on my sister’s family plan. We live at the same address and about 3 weeks ago I was emailed by Spotify to confirm my address, so I did. But then today I got an email saying I’ve been removed from the plan and have a free account now. Spotify is how I listen to music and without the plan I can’t listen to music. Also I’m 15 and don’t have a credit card, so I can’t get a Spotify premium account myself. So how do I get back on the plan?

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
