I had a premium family plan in my account, and i canceled to get into my father's plan, but I can not. How should I do?

Hey @Guilhermellf, welcome to the Spotify Community!

If you cancelled your subscription, but your account is still on Premium, you'll need to wait until it reverts to Free (this happens as soon the month you paid runs out).

Once this happens, your father can send you a new invite and you'll be able to accept it. You can check the status of your account here.
