Family Subscription Problem

Hello everyone,

i'm trying to figure out how can i solve this problem. I've already read the help topic about family subscription, but it didn't help.

I was in a family account with other 3 members. Everything was fine, but some days ago, Spotify Ask me to verify my address. I had some error while i've submit the address, but after some try, i was able to verify the address. Spotify worked again.

But from Yesterday, I can't use spotify family anymore. My account now is a Free Subscription. The owner of the family sub sent me the invitation again. I've wrote the address again and again, but it's always the same error "you're not able to subscribe to the family plan."

What is going on here? Thank you in advance.

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so they can take a closer look at your account. 🙂

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
