Family Subscription

I downloaded the app on my husband's phone and logged in on my main account. Now every time he listens it kicks me off. I tried to invite myself using a different email address but when I go into the new account I see no place to put my family code in to join. I am getting VERY frustrated!!

Hey @tmagee40,

when you want to invite somebody to your Family account, do this by following these steps:

  1. Go to your family Overview here.
  2. Enter the name and email address of your family member.
  3. Click send invite
  4. Your family member should have received an invitation mail.
  5. When he/she accepts it you will get an confirmation mail.

If you can’t see the invite button try to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser or use another browser.
