Family account accept invitation still leaves pending

I upgraded from Premium to Family and emailed invites. Pressing on ACCEPT INVITE takes them to the account subsription page. I have deleted them and re-invited, they have clicked ACCEPT and still the same. When viewing all the invites are still marked as PENDING. We are all functioning as we were still on Premuim. If I delete some grime album it vanishes from all.

Pretty lame. This post dates to three weeks and no repllies.  I have the same problem as well. Spotify Community is unsatisfactory.  How about a live chat?  Guess I will cancel because I certainly am not getting whhat I pay for.
