Family account changed to individual premium

Family account changed to individual premium

My family accont changed to individual premium account after payment. Maybe there is a mistake about my payment. Family members can not use premium after my payment. How can i fix it back ??

Hey @mutlumetehan!

 

Welcome to the community.

 

If your Premium for Family plan is cancelled, or if the subscription changes to the regular Premium one, your family members are turned back to Free automatically on the renwal date.

 

If that's the case, you can set the plan back up here. You'll just need to invite your family members again. They won't lose any of their playlists or songs.
