Facebook-linked account hacked?

I have a spotify family account with myself and two other members. This morning my husband found that he could not log in. I logged in and looked and there was a gmail address linked that I did not recognize and a "null/null" invitation that I did not recognize. Both of my family members' accounts had been removed and their playlists are gone.

I log in using Facebook and have two step auth enabled there. My Facebook account is still under my control and has not been hacked. I was able to log into Spotify and re-add my family members but I want to know what I can do (if anything) to prevent this from happening again?
