Cannot add family members with exisiting free plan to premium plan

Cannot add family members with exisiting free plan to premium plan

Both of my daughters and I had free subscriptions.  I upgraded my account to the premium family plan.  And, I have sent invites to both of my daughters to be part of my family plan.  When they click on the invite it takes them to a log in page but when they log in with their info, it defaults to their free subscription.  Can someone please help. It has been months and I've gotten nowhere and have been paying for a premium subscription.  Thank you

Hey @Lsilvers, welcome to the community!

 

We'll gladly help you have your daughters added to the Premium for Family plan.

 

To join the plan, they first need to log into their accounts here. Once they're logged in, they can head to the email invitation and click the "Accept Invite" button. This should take them to the page to verify the physical address and join the plan.

 

If that doesn't help, have them try using a different internet browser, or an incognito window.
