Family account members in different countries

My family account has worked fine up till now but I recently moved to the USA and the rest f my family are back in Ireland. I didn't pay the bill on time and now all the members have reverted to the free version. When I went to update my payment details and pay the bill, it logged me out of my account and said that spotify can only be used for 14 days abroad. What d I do? Thanks 🙂

Hey @raifedowley,

 

You'll have to update your account's country setting at https://spotify.com/account before you can log back into the app. 🙂

Also, you unfortunately won't be able to continue to use a Premium for Family plan with your family in Ireland because all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same address as the plan owner.
