Family can't verify account

Family can't verify account

Hello all!!

I started a family plan, but when I sent the invites, they are unable to verify the address, I try to see which address in on my account and I am unable to see any, I created my account through Facebook, those that have anything to do with it?

First just in case you didn't know because you didn't say it you all have to be at the same address to have them activate family premium. Second I would check out this link to try and help you. If this still doesn't help you can contact Spotify by clicking on this contact form.

We all live in the same place, and they all put in the same address, but they are still getting the error, so I'll like to see which address I have, but I can't see it, I am getting this plan for me, my wife and my sister

You should have been prompted to type in your home address before inviting anyone to Family Premium. If this is the case then contact spotify with the second link I put into the last post.
