Family invite

When I enter the e-mail-address of someone I want to invite into my Family Account a note comes up saying :" Please match the requested format " even though its a normal e-mail-address. Does someone know how to fix it?

I tried it agian and this time it worked. I'm not sure why but maybe because I didn't use capital letters (not sure though).

You were right, typing it all in lowercase did the trick.  Had that problem just now.

Wow, I also had been having that problem, and there are lots of posts about the same problem ("match the requested format"). and YES, all lower case works.
