My wife can't connect to my premium account. She has tried to to connect to it multple times by link provided by your network. But she can't connect to it, it connects to "free account" with out premium Access. My account iso [removed sensitive info] and My wifes account is [removed sensitive info]

Thanks for reaching out.

Just to double-check, has she accepted the Premium Family/Duo invite yet? You, as the plan manager, can check it at where it lists all members of the plan.
