My wife recently got automatically kicked out of our family premium suscription.
I received a mail that told that she did not confirmed the family postal address.
But we have checked and rechecked the mail address, she did not received any mail from spotify asking her to do that (we checked also in the spams of course).
Now when I tried to add her account to the familly again, it said that she can't join for another 12 month !
Does anyone know how to deal with this issue ?
I am sorry if this question was already answered somewhere, i couln't find the topic.
