Family member not able to join

Family member not able to join

When my son clicks on his invite it says “only family members that live together are eligible”.  He does live with me, but is out of town currently.   Does he have to be under my roof to join?

Hey @Carilcoffman, thanks for reaching out!

 

Yes, in order for your son to join your Premium for Family plan, they'll need to be residing at the same address as you (and they need to join the plan while at your address).

My wife lives with me and she is right now next to me but is not able to join. What can I do and solve this issue?

I'm having the same problem. I invited my mother and my father.

 

My father could join just fine.
But my mother is unable to join. And the message only says that she are not able, and we all are at the same adress for a life.

 

Could someone help, pleeease? I already did a lot of thing to make it work, but it is not! 

I am having this problem for my son - his phone says he cannot connect as he is trying to log in from a different country but we are all in the same house and my account

Same for me for everyone I've added to the Family subscription. Could it be
because my original account was set up using Facebook?
