My Question or Issue

Hello, 

 

A member of my household has moved out so I have removed them from my Premium Family account.

 

How long does it take for their account to revert to a free account? Is it an instant removal or will it go up to the end of the paid month then revert to a free acount?

 

I am assuming for billing purposes, their account will revert to a free account regardless whether they had a premium account or not prior to joining my Family account.

Yes, the user you removed will have their plan reset to Free by the next billing period. They will need to subscribe again separately if they wish to go back to individual Premium access.
