Family member turned into Free!

My wife and children were all connected to my family account. My wife missed the verify address deadline, and now she is no longer able to join my account eventhough I've sent multiple new invitations.

An error message turns out saying address is incorrect, while I am sure iot is correct, however I cannot even see what my enrollment address is to confirm if there is perhaps a small detail missing...

 

A complete, unpleasant and totally useless + time consuming mess...is Spotify forcing us to have separate premimum accounts? I wonder how the FTC will look into this.

After some research I found customer support in facebook and this was solved

Same, spotify banned me from my own house, had to make another account and it worked. But i have to renew my downloads and playlists
