Spotify banned me from my own house

Spotify banned me from my own house

Ive been using spotify family for a time, today I was auto removed from the plan, invited again and selected my adress, but i get rejected saying that I have to be on the same adress. I live in the same house as everyone, using the same internet.

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so they can look into this 🙂

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
