Family member verification

My kids are trying to connect to our family premium account and each of the recieve the same message:

"You need to live at the same address.

it looks like you are trying to join premium family from a different country..."

We all live at the same house at the same address!

I recommend making sure that each account has the same country setting set, otherwise, it won't work.

We recently moved from one country to another, and it won't work to invite family members to join my family plan now.  I read the instructions to change the country in my profile, but apparently the only way to do it is to change your method of payment to one issued in the new country. I can't do this-- is there any other way to verify the address for my family members?  We definitely live in the same house in the same country!
