Family members unsubscribed

Hi, 

We are using spotify family package for years. Nothing happened. But last week I add a new member (which is also living under same roof) all other members with her unsubsribed.

We recieve an email saying "they have to verify their accounts". We did it but nothing happened.

And now when Im sending new request to the members we cannot complete the form for subscription. We get the error "3 - Tüh! Bir sorun oldu, lütfen yeniden dene." This is the turkish error but in english I think its something like "3- oops! There is a problem. Please try again."

By the way, for the same adress thing our streets name is "Lizbon street" and "Öveçler 2. cadde" they are both the same streets. İf some members wrote different ones thats because of this. They are both the same streets. But we cannot change the address from our account.
I would be appreciated if you could help me.

Just Use Edge Browser and it will register.

I have same problem and I tried it in Edge and Explorer but the result didn't change.
