Family membership

I have been sent an invite to join the family group and when I accept the invitation and try to log in it says the email is already in use. My daughter signed me up to free spotify but we do not knwo the password, how can I reset so I can use my email address and join the family group. I tried loggging on through face book and it goes to "free spotify" when I click the acept invitation but there is nowhere to enter the invite code.

We'll gladly help you out.

 

Sounds like you might be trying to sign up for a new account, instead of logging into the one you already have. To reset the password just click here, and enter your email address.

 

Once you set up the new password, make sure you're logged into your Account page before you accept the Premium for Family plan invite.
