Family members were kicked out

Family members were kicked out

My brother and my sister were kicked out from our family premium plan because Spotify cannot identify that they share a physical address with me.

 

I tried to reinclude them (as I am the one who started this suscription) by sending invitation letter, but they still cannot join back.

Weird thing is, my sister was made 'admin' but she cannot access our family premium plan (her subscriton page shows she's in FREE plan after she got kicked out), nor I can remove her from our family plan.

 

Now all the member of this family premium plan cannot play music using Spotify except me. Please tell me what to do.

Hi dofuwin, are you the only person remaining in the plan? If so I would suggest you to cancel your current plan and join another with your siblings. I have also had toruble with the adress verify in the past, so that's troublesome. I also recomend you to always register the same adress for all the members to aavoid this issue.
