Family plan address & adding family members

Family plan address & adding family members

Set up Family plan. My partner cancelled her premium duo to join the family with our child.It’s cancelled but still active.

 

Set up family plan ok for account owner but didn’t recognise address so entered nearest available address. Also updated partners address to match.

 

Issue: unable to add family members. They click the link, confirm their account and enter the matching address but receive error: 

There was a problem

Please try again later.


Have tried on different devices and private browsers.

what other steps to try?

is there no way to contact support to check acccount?

Your partner will be able to accept the invite as soon as their Premium Duo plan has ended. 🙂
