Family plan doesn’t have my family on premium

Family plan doesn’t have my family on premium

My family has been on my family account for almost a month and they’re still not getting Premium, they’re still on free accounts

Thanks for reaching out to us.

 

Let's make sure your family members don't have duplicate Spotify accounts they could be using. Also, you can log in on your Account's page, and head to Premium for Family to make sure your family members' accounts are linked to your plan.

 

Here's a friendly guide on how to do everything that's related to the Family plan.
