Family plan invitations

I`m trying to get a family plan with my family members, but when I invite them any of them is able to accept the invitation.

I don't really want to create a new account just to get the address al over again

Let's try asking your family members to clear their browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to join the plan. Also, make sure they're logged into their own accounts here before accepting the invite.

If they're getting an error message, let me know what it says and I'll see what to suggest next.
