Trying to add family members/our kids while we are on vacation abroad. Correct home address is added to invite however it says to try again when we are on same address - you can’t add family members while on vacation??

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. I'd like to get started asking you if all accounts were created in the same country or if these kids/members accounts you mentioned were created during your vacation. You can check the country setting of all accounts here on the account overview page.
