Family premium and addreas

Trying to set up a family member, were both at home and with the same address typed in but it won't let me verify.

My Question or Issue

The error message I get is that it looks like we're in different countries so to try again and that the address can't be verified. Both phones are next to each other and with the same address as me (manager) and they've put in. Any help?

 

I've tried different devices and on incognito.

Maybe one of your accounts isn't set to the right country.
