Family premium

Family premium

Joined the family premium in June 2023. Took the 6 month package. It expired today, and the rest of my family joined without a problem. However, for me it shows an error code saying that I can only join a Spotify Premium Package once in 12 months. What should I do?? Again, this only popped up for me and not the other members of the family.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

You can only switch Premium Family/Duo plans once every 12 months (as a member). If you're getting the error message, it means that you were part of two different plans within the last 12 months.

In such case, you can either join a plan that's hosted through the same account as the plan you were last in or you can wait 12 months from the date you switched plans.
