Family

I got kicked out of the Family membership because they couldn’t verify that my location ist the same as the hosts location... he also sent me a new invitation but I could join for the same reason.. please help if anyone knows what I shall do..

Hey @ddreier98, welcome to the community!

 

Right now, all family members must live in the same physical address to join. If the address provided by each family member doesn't match the one used by the account owner, the accounts are removed from the plan and won't be able to join again.

 

For users that aren't sharing the same physical address, each person can get the regular Premium subscription.

 

If you're sure all members live in the same address, it's best to contact our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They have the tools to help you with this.
