Spotify abroad, cuando cambio de pais ya no tengo premium!!!!

Hola! Llevo 4 meses en el extranjero y hasta el día de hoy me notificaron que solo se puede tener "Spotigy Abroad" por 14 días. Cambie la zona de estancia, pero ahora tengo spotify free... No encuentro solución!!!
