Google mini- can’t claim

My Question or Issue

I see there are a lot of posts about people not being able to claim their google mini- having been sold this as an incentive to sign up for Spotify Premium I am shocked as to why this has not yet been recified. I have not received an email and all I get when I click the below link is the error message:

‘We're sorry, an unknown error has occurred.
Please try again later.’

My question to Spotify is this- when will you sort this mess out and when will you post something when people sign up letting customers know about these issues so they dont feel enticed and then shafted.
