Haven't Received Presale Code

Hi there... I am waiting for Spotify to send me a presale code for the HAIM presale and haven't received one yet. HAIM is listed in my top artists so I am really confused. I really want to purchase tickets and getting anxious. Yes, I've made sure that my email notifications are on and I have the correct email in my account (I've received presale codes before for other artists).

Any advice?

I'm in the same situation... HAIM is one of my top artists, but I never received the presale code.

Yup. I'm honestly so annoyed with this. Apparently the presale codes only get sent out if you listen to the artist enough....but the catch is you have to listen to them on online mode. I use offline mode for most of my listening (which is one of my favourite Spotify features). A customer service rep told me this yesterday. IMO if you're a paying customer it shouldn't be this hard to get a presale code.

Yeah, Same situation over here. I listen to them pleanty and still no code yet. Sometimes they send the email right when the sale starts so i guess we'll just keep checking.

That's good to know! I just did a help chat with them, too, and they said "the code is given randomly by the system to all fans that listen to them (this includes you). I hope you understand and won't be disappointed by this."
