Home Address in Family Plan

Your system never asked me for a home address and a postal code, and now I've been charged $8.99 and I cannot send invitations to my family members because I couldn't enter all the information needed (Your system never asked me to, I did all of this via phone) If I cancel and do the process all again I will be charged twice? That's ridiculous, please help me so I can find where to enter my home address, is in my mail, or I have to do it in a computer?
