How to switch from Premium (via Deutsche Telekom) to Family Plan without losing my lists, etc.

Hi,

I already have a premium subscription. However, not directly from Spotify but through Deutsche Telekom (t-mobile) where I have a discount and am paying it with the monthly bill. I now want to switch to the Family Plan so that I can add my wife & kids. How do I do that without losing my history, list, etc? Thanks for your help.

Hey @Elbprinz,

You'll have to cancel your Spotify subscription with Telekom. When your Spotify account has reverted back to the Ad-based Free service, you can subscribe to Premium for Family at https://spotify.com/family 🙂
