Spotify is not recognising my home address when trying to sort my family premium account.

I am unable to verify my home address for Spotify

Hey @Abilouuu, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

If your address doesn’t autocomplete, enter the entire address, then select Find. If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building. Just don’t use someone else’s address. Here’s more information on address and verification for Family plans. 

If you’re still having issues, please let me know if you’re a plan manager, and send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you try to verify your address. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
