How can I add a family member to my family premium plan?

I have been trying to add another member to my family plan but the login that the primary user for the account for some reason is listed as a user and not the family plan manager. Because of which I cannot add any more users. How can I change the primary user so that I can add the other family members in my household?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

Currently it's not possible to change the manager of the Family account. In order to do this you'd have to cancel the current Family plan and re-subscribe from the other account, which you want to be the manager account. 

Alternatively, you can log in with the account on which you've currently started the Premium Family subscription and add the other Spotify accounts as plan members.
