How can i see who was previously a member of my Spotify Premium Family Plan?

My Question or Issue

So my family plan was recently stopped because we missed a payment, and my boyfriend vaguely recalls a member being on our plan that we haven’t spoken to in years. If this is true, we have been paying for their share for years and want that debt to be paid back. However, we aren’t 100% sure because now we have a new family plan set up, and we don’t know how to see the history of previous members with the last one. I understand why you'd want to confirm who was on your previous plan before contacting Support.

Just to clarify, Spotify Premium Family is charged at a fixed monthly rate, no matter how many members are on it. Whether it had two people or the full six, the price stays the same. So even if someone was on the plan that you didn’t know about, you weren’t paying extra because of them, and there wouldn’t be any individual amount they owe back.

As for checking who was previously on the plan, once a Family Plan is cancelled or replaced, Spotify doesn’t retain or display the list of past members. Unfortunately, that means there’s no way to view who was part of your old plan now that it’s inactive.

If you’ve set up a new Family Plan, you can manage who joins from your account page.
