How do I retrieve log in info for someone on my Family Plan?

My Question or Issue

My dad is on my Spotify Premium Family account. He got logged out when he got his new phone, and we can't get him logged back in to his account. We've tried retrieving his password, but every email and Facebook account isn't what was associated with our Family Plan. Is there any way that I, as the owner/manager of the Family plan, can retrieve his password, or even better, find out what email it's associated with so he can request a password reset?

Due to privacy/security reasons, plan managers can't access the password or any other account details of plan members. 🙂

I recommend that you ask your dad to reach out to Support so that they can help him regain access to his account: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/.
