How to know mi actual address

Hello, I was in a Family Plan in the flat that I lived in. The thing is I change my address and I started a new one Family Plan with my new flatmates (I'm the admin of the Plan). They put our address when they join the Plan but they received an email to verify their address.

I think the problem is that I couldn't change my old address from my previous Family Plan because I didn't find where can I do it.

What can I do now?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the address registered on an existing Premium for Family plan.

If you move, or enter the wrong details, you need to create a new account and subscribe to Premium for Family on that account. Don’t forget to cancel the plan on your old account 🙂
