How to re-invite a family member?

I'm not able to let my son (and other family members) rejoin my family plan after he didn't verify his account as requested by an email sent by you a few days ago.

I tried even sending him a new invitation to a different email address.

The message is always saying that he can't rejoin the family plan. 

Please help.

Does he have any trouble accepting the invite using an incognito window? What about from a different device? 

He can also try redeeming the code in the invite here to see if it helps.
