I am Paying for family premium but cannot get my wife and kid to join!

Hello, 

I am paying for family premium but cannot get my wife to and child to join.  I have sent many invites and followed the email instructions but does not work.  I have invested a lot of time trying to figure this out...no phone number...no chat....no support!   I am very close to canceling this and fighting for a refund since this service only works on my device not my family.  Pls call me or email.

I also have the same issue! I spent a lot of time but my family cannot join! I get the message „3 - Hoppla! Da ist wohl was schiefgegangen Versuch es nochmal“. What can I do?

Yes, same problem. Invitations don't work and family members can't join ! What's  the Problem ?
