Hi @David2020,

 

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. 

 

We recommend checking the address registered in the plan through this link (plan owner). 

 

Once this info is confirmed, we suggest sending the invitation again and accept it by the user through a PC/laptop and an incognito window. 

 

Just make sure the address registered in the invitation is exactly the same.
