I want to pay with card, but the option isn't available. What should I do?

I want to pay with card, but the option isn't available. What should I do?

I want to register for the premium family plan but there's no card option for payment. I live in Indonesia.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In this case, you can only pay using the payment methods that are being shown to you. If a payment method you'd like to pay with isn't listed, it is currently unavailable 🙂

Hi @winniehakim, we just wanted to clarify one small thing. 

Even though what @Maxim suggested is true (Usually, the payment methods available for you are the ones shown to you in our subscription page), we just checked backstage and you should be able to subscribe to the Premium Family plan in Indonesia by using a credit/debit card (as long as it meets these requirements). So if you're unable to see this option, there might be something preventing you from seeing it. In this case, we'd like you to try subscribing again from here using a Google Chrome incognito window, from a desktop computer if possible. Also, make sure not to use any VPNs while doing this.
