My Question or Issue

When I try to add a new member to family plan and he put the home address it is not allowing the zip code and automatically changes it, resulting in not allowing to add this member, because address doesn'

Hey @rafarojasp, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you ask the family member to accept the invite by clicking on the invitation link again using a different browser or private window? You may also follow these steps if they’re unable to locate the address.
