I can't allow explicit content to family members in Family primium.

My Question or Issue.

I can hear explicit content and I want them to be able to hear explicit content too. But the system doesn't let me. I tried to switch the button to "allow" but it doesn't work.

If you are having trouble allowing explicit content for family members on Spotify Premium, there are a few things you can try:

  1. Double-check that you have the Family plan: Make sure that you are subscribed to the Spotify Premium Family plan, which allows up to six family members to listen to music with individual accounts. Only the master account holder can manage explicit content settings for the family.

  2. Confirm your account settings: Log into your account and go to the account settings page. Scroll down to the "Explicit Content" section and check that the "Allow explicit content" toggle is turned on.

  3. Check family member settings: If you have confirmed that your account settings allow explicit content, check that the family members who want to access explicit content have also enabled the "Allow explicit content" toggle in their own account settings. Only family members over the age of 18 can enable this setting.

  4. Contact Spotify Support: If you have tried the above steps and are still unable to enable explicit content for family members, you may want to contact Spotify Support for further assistance. They can help troubleshoot any technical issues and ensure that your account settings are properly configured.
