I can't find my address at all to join a Family Plan.

The Find Address option keeps providing only 1 similar but it is the wrong postcode. Even when I type the whole thing in manually, I can't proceed.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!
If you're the plan manager and you can't find your exact address, you can instead try selecting your building, street name, or a close public space/building. Just don't use someone else's address. When your family members open their invites, they also need to type in the new address that you entered.
Should you not be able to find the address when trying to join the plan, however, it's worth asking the manager to update the current address by following the steps here. Once it's done, they need to send out a new invite to you. Make sure to enter the updated address when accepting the new invite.
If the issue persists, you can also give it a shot from incognito window or a different browser. If possible, you can try from another internet connection as well.

Le lien pour demander au gestionnaire de mettre à jour l'adresse ne fonctionne pas. Comme mon adresse n'a pas été trouvé. J'ai annulé mon abonnement aussitôt l'avoir pris. J'espère que je ne serai pas débité pour l'abonnement Spotify family alors que je ne l'ai pas du tout utilisé.

No worries, you can check if you've canceled successfully your subscription or if it's still active on your Account page. Also, keep in mind that even if you've canceled the subscription, it'll be active on your account until the subscription expires.
On another note, as @Maria mentioned, if you don't find your exact address you can try selecting your building, street name, or a close public space/building. You just need to make sure you don't use anyone else's address.

I am encountering this issue right now. I invited a family member and when they put the address in, the address could not be found. I even send the address to be paste but it still did not solve the issue. Can someone please help? Do I need to change the address that I have entered several years ago when I got the family premium plan?
